Firstly, congratulations to all involved with H&Y yesterday, a very impressive display from us, shame the same can not be said about the Officials, was it Short Man Syndrome I wonder, I know we should show Respect but shouldn’t it have to be earned? I can not remember a bad tackle during the Game but somehow he has managed, I believe to dish out 7 Yellows and a Red Card, unbelievable!

The issue of the absence of our newly appointed team captain for the first four matches of the season was raised. Jamie believes he’s the right man for the job (murmurs of approval from those attending!) and that he’ll be available for the remainder of the season’s games (possible murmurs that this is an optimistic view (-: ). Everyone is expected to maintain high standards of discipline, no exceptions, and the club will take necessary steps if required.
