On Twitter / X there's a comment from a Hendon supporter, under a post from Hendon FC about the result, alluding to what happened but I have no way of verifying what they say, so won't repeat it here just in case it's not true.

Elsewhere, with 7 points from the last 21 on offer, is that it for the season, no realistic prospect of the playoffs now?

In my opinion, I think the playoffs are going to be really tough to make now. Still have to play Westfield, Hanworth, Hartley Wintney and Moneyfields, and we've just won 1 point out of 6 against two relegation-threatened sides. Doesn't bode well.

That said, we're so inconsistent that I wouldn't bet on us not to beat the aforementioned four but lose to Met Police, Ascot, Southall and Littlehampton. It seems to be how we roll.
