Getting The SkyEx Playable - Up and Running!

Good to see the club has now submitted the necessary paperwork to Hillingdon Council to request certification of the ground. I'm not sure why this done during, and not before, the season starts. Was this covered at the fans' forum?

The Hillingdon Council website here says:
we will aim to process your application within 40 calendar days
Does that 40 days start ticking from when the club submitted the paperwork or are things going to move more quickly for us I wonder. With QPR due to play at the ground on Tuesday and us next Saturday hopefully a Plan B is in place to allow fixtures to be fulfilled elsewhere if Hillingdon Council doesn't process the application in far fewer than those 40 days.

A 3-1 victory for the QPR development side as they take the glory of being the first hosts of a competitive match on the grass at the SkyEx this season!

All looking good for H&Y to take on Leatherhead in the Trophy on September 7 or possibly Margate if an FA Cup replay is needed next Tuesday, back at home!

Hopefully everyone's been saving up and it will be a bumper 50/50.
