Having knocked out Wealdstone on penalties the previous round, our under 18s travelled to Woking and against all the odds came home still in the competition.

United took an early lead only for Woking to pull level and then on the stroke of half-time they took the lead but unfortunately as they did so our defender and keeper collided with both being unable to return for the second half. With no keeper on the bench Manager Jack McKnight had no option but to put an outfield player in goal. Soon after the re-start we levelled and then took the lead with a well dispatched penalty. Woking subsequently came back with three of their own and we went into additional time 5-3 down. A free-kick on 90+2 saw it become 5-4 before a corner was headed home 90+8 to force the game to penalties.

The first four kicks found the net before United's stand in keeper saved Woking's third kick, we netted to go 3-2 ahead and Woking blazed their fourth over the top leaving United's stand-in keeper to fire home the winning penalty that saw us through in front of a reported attendance at Kingfield of 290.

The next round sees the League 1 and League 2 sides come into the draw, lets hope for a good one.

Well done to all concerned.
