Mark Molesley
Mark Molesley
Been tinned by Weymouth due to poor results. To be fair, they kept faith with him for quite some time before pulling the trigger.
Re: Mark Molesley
Another job he’s failed at!!!!!
Should never have been given the Hayes & Yeading job without it being advertised poor decision by the club in my opinion. We paid the ultimate price in our relegation last season.
He was way below average for us both in terms of results and performances. They were negative and players seemed clueless to what he wanted tactically both individually and as a team.
That being said think his record was probably worse for the south coast outfit. Don’t think they have won a home league game all season.
Weymouth fans forum saying generally the same and finally board acted, most think a month too late. Hopefully with a good appointment they can make a good fist of staying up.

Re: Mark Molesley
While the timing and apparent nature of his departure from H&Y still rankles, I'm sorry to see MM's demise at Weymouth. Clearly, the time had come, possibly a while back, for him to go.
Hopefully he can reset, maybe get a lower profile job in football elsewhere and rekindle his success of previous years. Not sure MM will be rapturously received at the SkyEx for a while though.
